Brought to you by Erica Skone-Rees and Shannon Hopkins, the collaborative duo who have been co-leading Moon Circles, Peace Practice, and guided meditations for 5+ years, invite you to join their latest experience, true to their hearts, combining creativity and spirituality for personal growth and healing.

This retreat is based on the old Cherokee legend of the Two Wolves in Our Heart. Using the power of our imagination we will dive into the Two Wolves in Our Hearts, uncover the beliefs and stories we hold deep within, and release those that no longer serve us while we nurture those that we wish to amplify in the new year.

The Story Of The Two Wolves:
A Cherokee Elder is teaching his grandson about life. “A fight is going on inside me,” he said to the boy.

“It is a terrible fight and it is between two wolves.

One is darkness & despair – he is anger, envy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, and ego.”

He continued, “The other is light and hope – he is joy, peace, love, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion, and faith.

The same fight is going on inside you, grandson, and inside every other human, too.”

The grandson thought about it for a minute and then asked his grandfather, “Which wolf will win?”

The Elder simply replied, “The one you feed.”
