Meet your teacher, Erica Skone-Rees:
I’m a mindfulness-based integrative coach with 20 years of teaching experience and a decade of personal dedicated mindfulness and meditation practice. I will be sharing the eastern Buddhist philosophy and practices of mindfulness that have been passed down from teacher to student for over 2500 years. My predominant teachers are Tara Brach, Jack Kornfield and Sebene Selassie.
Loving awareness and meditation practices have made a profound positive change for me, in my life. I often refer to them as the lifeline that got me through traumatic brain injuries, chronic illness and have greatly influenced all of my relationships, including how I relate to myself. The transformative, positive effect of this lifelong practice is one which I feel called to share with others, so that they too might be touched by the two wings of mindfulness; wisdom and compassion.
