We welcome anyone and everyone who has an interest in loving kindness, mindfulness, insight meditation & nervous system regulation. We aspire for our classes to represent the wide range of diversity found in our society.

Join us for a creative way to resource yourself weaving compassion and art journaling together in this mindful approach to self care.
We will work with inquisitive questions and guided mediation to quiet the outside noise and access our inner wise voices. Heart-centered art journaling prompts will guide the creative journey to tend to our hearts, inner child, and the fatigued adult inside who needs loving awareness. Through free flow writing, watercolors and collage let your intuition guide you through a creative discovery into your inner landscape.
Erica brings her creative spirit and respect for the instinctive wisdom that lives deep within of each of us. She will guide you through a relaxing, inquisitive, and inspired meditative journey and lead you to uncover your own truths. Erica creates a fun, safe, sacred space to release all of your veils and get into your creative flow.
I invite you to carve out an 90 minutes each week to attend, befriend, express and resource yourself. It’s time we exercise that muscle of loving kindness and fill our own cup.
