What are you doing to resource yourself? I have no doubt we all are aware of what we should or could be doing but let’s be honest, sometimes we need a dedicated appointment to practice self care.
Resourced & Renewed is a weekly appointment to fill your own cup. Each week Erica will lead guided meditations, mindful movement & stress reduction practices with the intention of resourcing you with loving kindness, self compassion, and equanimity.
Together we can cultivate, tend and grow our true nature of love, compassion and belonging. In a world where new challenges arise daily, it is easy to give-in to our mind's negativity bias, to get run down with stress, overwhelm and fatigue. Let's be intentional with our awareness, and cultivate a regular practice of self compassion and love. As we practice self care in community, these practices will become a part of your daily routine and continue to resource you and those around you.
I invite you to carve out an hour of your day to attend, befriend and resource yourself. It’s time we exercise that muscle of loving kindness and fill our own cup.
