Instructor Emily Brasley
Emily Brasley is an Oakland-based herbalist and holistic health practitioner. She holds a certificate in herbal therapeutics from Ohlone Herbal Center in Berkeley. Emily started working with plant medicine years ago in an attempt to heal chronic anxiety. She's found that the best approach to staying grounded is to nourish her body, mind, and spirit with simple daily self-care practices.
